2.5D animation, motion graphics video

The City of Santa Ana created a series of 2.5D animations along the proposed corridor to convey their vision of a Street Car to ensure local municipalities and the Orange County Transit Authorities would approval the concept and secure funding. The video presented a regional project vision using maps, local photographs, and animation over still photography.
